What data we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the package you chose and your message. When you ask for a free review of your website we receive your name, your email address or phone number, and the address of your website.
Why we use it
We use the data only to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and prepare a free review of your website. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (point (b)).
Do you have to provide it
We need your name, email address and message to be able to answer you. For a review request we need your name, a way to contact you and the address of your website. A phone number in the enquiry form is optional. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it
We delete data from enquiries and review requests that do not lead to cooperation no later than 12 months after our last contact with you. We send the finished review to you by email and do not store it anywhere else. If we do work together, we keep the data for as long as it is needed to carry out the contract and in line with legal deadlines.
Who receives it
We do not sell your data. Two service providers help us process it.
Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and receives the enquiry form: it stores the form data and sends us a notification by email. Netlify may also process technical data it needs to run and secure its service. Details are in the Netlify privacy policy.
We receive enquiry notifications at a Gmail email address (Google LLC, USA). See the Google privacy policy.
Because both providers are based in the USA, your data may also be processed outside the European Union.
Cookies
This website itself does not set any cookies and does not use tracking or analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on our own site, so your visit is not sent to third parties because of them. If you follow links to our clients’ websites, those sites’ own rules apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, and to object and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email webstudio.vena@gmail.com.
