Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
Landing Starter is ready in 5–7 working days, Business in 7–10 and Business Pro in 7–14 working days. We set the deadline for an online shop according to its scope. If you need the site urgently, write to us and we will check what is possible.
Are the domain and hosting included in the price?
Yes, for the first year. We help you choose the domain and register it, normally in your name, and we arrange hosting for the first year. From the second year onwards you pay for the renewal of the domain and hosting yourself.
What is included in the price?
Custom design, a mobile-friendly build, a contact form, basic technical SEO, a basic technical cookie and privacy setup, launch, and domain and hosting for the first year. The Business and Business Pro packages also include Google Analytics setup. The technical setup is not a substitute for legal advice.
What counts as a revision and what counts as extra work?
A round of revisions means you send us all your comments on the prepared proposal at once and we apply them: we replace text and images and adjust colours, layout or the order of content. The number of rounds is set in the contract. Minor fixes, such as typos or a wrong detail, we always make at no extra charge. Extra work means new pages or functions outside the agreed scope and larger changes to an approved design. We always estimate such work first and agree the price in advance.
How many products does an online shop include?
The Online Shop package includes up to 20 products. For 21–40 products the surcharge is €150, for 41–60 products €250, and for more than 60 products we prepare an offer. The surcharge applies to manual entry and editing of products. A catalogue in a structured format we import automatically, and we set the price according to the actual work.
Will the site work on a phone?
Yes. All sites are built for phones, tablets and computers.
Who writes the copy?
The Business and Business Pro packages include help with copywriting. If you want us to prepare all the copy, we include that in the offer.
Can I get the site in several languages?
Yes. We prepare additional language versions according to an offer that depends on the scope of the site.
What does website maintenance include?
Optional monthly maintenance covers updates, backups, security and basic technical support. The extended version adds up to 30 minutes of minor site changes per month. Renewing the domain and hosting is not part of maintenance but a separate annual cost.
